Job summary

Richemont is seeking a frontline associate to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury boutique. You will support Sales Associates, handle daily operations, and participate in the Service Excellence Ceremony.

Responsibilities include replenishing floor supplies, setting up and breaking down the boutique, jewelry setup and backstock management, POS backfills, and greeting clients with professional conduct. Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in computer skills and excellent verbal communication.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is beneficial for a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily replenishment of selling floor supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in setup and breakdowns at opening and closing of the boutique.
• Manage morning jewelry setup, evening jewelry pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Backfill POS stations and desks accurately.
• Maintain a strong partnership with management and boutique administrators.
• Greet clients and assist with reception duties.
• Respect all management and corporate protocols for the client experience.
• Uphold the Van Cleef & Arpels image with a professional demeanor and service charter.
