Job summary

Richemont, a leader in luxury, is seeking a Boutique Assistant for Cartier in Costa Mesa. You will enhance the client journey with hospitality at the core, support front- and back-of-house operations, manage appointment flow, and contribute to a premium boutique experience across North America.

The role requires a background in luxury retail or hospitality, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Assist boutique team front-of-house and back-of-house to facilitate seamless client experiences, including appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization.
• Support appointment flow, discovery, and pre-appointment browsing.
• Manage boutique appointment booking tool (RDV) and queue as needed.
