Cartier is seeking an Operations Coordinator for the King of Prussia boutique to manage day-to-day processes, ensure compliance, and support transactional activities and logistics. Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
• Previous operations experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality industry is a plus.
• MS Office experience required; SAP knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate day-to-day boutique operations and administrative tasks.
• Support transactional flows and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Oversee inventory control and stock movements to support annual inventory.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth store setup.
• Collaborate with management and client-facing teams to deliver exceptional client experience.
