Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking a Breitling Boutique Manager to lead daily operations, inspire staff, and deliver a world-class client experience in a luxury setting. You will drive client relationships, coach the team, and stay current on watch trends to maintain a premium boutique environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of luxury retail service experience required.
• Strong knowledge of watch trends and market competition.
• Excellent communication skills with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through clienteling and relationships.
• Evaluate team performance and coach for service excellence and selling.
• Stay current on watch trends and market competition.
• Forecast, plan and budget needs of the business (payroll, staffing).
• Manage daily operations following SW standards including selling and service.
• Assist with recruitment and retention efforts.
• Serve as a leader within the boutique in support of the Boutique Director.
• Foster teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers and clients.
• Develop product knowledge and train staff on new collections.
• Create a luxury client experience through authentic service.
