Fink's Jewelers in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a Boutique Manager to lead our Breitling Boutique in SouthPark. The ideal candidate loves selling luxury timepieces and engaging with clients, delivering an exceptional luxury client experience.

You will coach a team, drive sales strategies, stay current on watch trends, and ensure operations meet Breitling standards while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail service experience required; luxury timepiece sales a plus.
• Knowledge of watch trends and competitive landscape.
• Strong sales performance with excellent communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through clienteling and new client acquisition; maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Evaluate team performance and coach for service and selling excellence; develop staff action plans.
• Stay current with market competition, watch trends and client shopping behaviors.
• Manage daily operations according to Breitling standards, including sales and service initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment and retention efforts and foster teamwork.
• Develop product knowledge and train staff on current collections, both in-boutique and online.
• Deliver a luxury client experience through a renowned service environment.
