Breitling is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager in a luxury retail setting to partner with the Boutique Manager in driving sales, staff development and customer experience. You will lead by example, mentor a high-performing team, and ensure flawless store operations while upholding Breitling's heritage and standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury retail.
• Previous experience in high end watch sales preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple demands.
• Results oriented and self-motivated individual.
• Highly flexible and able to work as part of a team in a demanding environment.
• Ability to understand sales, budgets, goals and scheduling.
• Computer proficiency a must.

Responsabilités

• Maintain floor coverage to support sales team in providing a luxury experience for customers.
• Partner with Boutique Manager to monitor performance goals and adjust to meet/exceed them.
• Address and resolve client situations per company standards; escalate when needed.
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Support sales associates in Breitling Sales Techniques and clienteling skill development.
• Develop strong product knowledge and company history to communicate to customers and team.
• Stay knowledgeable on industry trends and competitors.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow Breitling dress code.
• Support company initiatives related to product launches, service and selling.
