ZEGNA Scottsdale boutique is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the guest experience, drive boutique sales and KPIs, and collaborate with the General Manager to shape daily operations, team development and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in luxury retail or hospitality, a proven sales and people leadership track record, emotional intelligence, superb communication, and a passion for mentorship, service, and brand standards.
