The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in luxury retail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a polished demeanor. Evening/weekend availability supports a dynamic boutique environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and set a sophisticated tone on arrival.
• Direct inquiries and guide clients to the appropriate ambassadors.
• Provide anticipatory, proactive service and curated boutique tours.
• Maintain knowledge of Dior collections and spa offerings.
• Utilize boutique tech and CRM systems to assist clients.
• Support events, clienteling, and boutique presentation standards.
