Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or related client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with modern technology and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Elegantly welcome and greet each client upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
• Discreetly ascertain the purpose of the visit and direct inquiries with grace.
• Introduce clients to Brand Ambassadors for a personalized experience.
• Provide exceptional, anticipatory service exceeding client expectations.
• Offer curated tours and recommended products or services.
• Maintain knowledge of Dior collections, services, and heritage including spa offerings.
• Demonstrate proficiency with boutique technology and client management systems.
• Manage boutique traffic and maintain an inviting atmosphere.
• Support events and clienteling initiatives.
• Maintain highest standards of boutique presentation and ambiance.
