Job summary

Hermès Boston Boutique is seeking a friendly Greeter/Host to welcome every visitor at the entrance and guide them through the store. You will work with the sales team to enhance the client experience and ensure smooth flow of guests.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, directing them to merchandise or team members, and maintaining appointment calendars. A gracious communicator with basic MS Office skills is desired; in-person work at the boutique is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly attitude for all client interactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; handles telephone and face-to-face interactions professionally.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and determine their visit type.
• Model the Hermès service standard and assist clients to find merchandise or the appropriate team member.
• Maintain calendar of client appointments and boutique events; note arrivals, no-shows, reschedules, and cancellations.
• Assist with appointment requests by phone and coordinate with selling, operations, and asset protection.
