Job summary

Cartier North America in Scottsdale seeks a Boutique Assistant to support the client experience in the luxury boutique, aligning with Cartier values and hospitality.

You will assist front- and back-of-house, manage appointments, support product presentation, and help deliver memorable experiences while maintaining visual standards and collaboration with the boutique team.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment to enhance the client journey.
• Assist front-of-house and back-of-house with duties to facilitate seamless client experiences, including appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, and sales finalization.
• Support discovery and pre-appointment browsing to set the stage for sales opportunities.
• Manage boutique traffic and daily RDV/queue operations to ensure smooth flow.
