Adecco is seeking polished Boutique Assistants to join a luxury brand in New York. You will deliver elevated service from the moment clients arrive, ensuring a seamless, memorable experience in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Positions offer full-time and part-time schedules with pay between $24 and $25 per hour. The role requires availability for nights and weekends and involves hospitality, product presentation, and concierge-style client support.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every client.
• Support with appointment prep, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and beverage service.

• Manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.
• Assist with client service requests including watch sizing, strap changes, engraving, and personalization services.
• Assist with concierge-style requests such as restaurant reservations, directions, and recommendations.
• Handle incoming calls, messages, and appointment inquiries.
• Maintain organized client-facing areas and wrap rooms.
• Replenish supplies and organize sales and hospitality areas.
• Support opening and closing procedures and inventory housekeeping.
• Collaborate with operations to maintain supplies and non-sellable inventory.

Job description

We are seeking polished, service-oriented Boutique Assistants to join an iconic luxury brand and help create an exceptional client experience within a sophisticated boutique environment.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a high-touch, fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering personalized, elevated service. The Boutique Assistant will work closely with the boutique team to ensure every client receives a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Duration: October 2026 Through February 2027 Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Pay: $24/hr

35 Hours per Week

Candidates must be available to work nights and weekends. Retail hours may vary based on boutique operating hours and business needs.

The ideal candidate is warm, professional, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about hospitality and luxury service.

What You'll Do

• Create a warm, welcoming, and polished environment for every client.

• Support the boutique team with appointment preparation, client entertainment, product presentation, gift wrapping, and food and beverage service.

• Assist with preparing the boutique for client appointments and creating an elevated experience.

• Help manage boutique traffic, appointments, and client flow.

• Assist with client service requests, including watch sizing, strap changes, complimentary cleaning, engraving, embossing, and other personalization services.

• Assist clients with personalized requests such as restaurant reservations, directions, entertainment recommendations, floral orders, and other concierge-style services.

• Support incoming phone calls, messages, and appointment-setting inquiries.

• Maintain the organization and presentation of client-facing areas, wrap rooms, and hospitality spaces.

• Replenish supplies and maintain organized sales and hospitality areas.

• Assist with boutique opening and closing procedures.

• Partner with the operations team to maintain supplies and non-sellable inventory.

• Support special projects and other boutique needs as assigned.

• Follow all security, operational, and service standards.

• Work collaboratively with sales associates, management, and operations to create a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, upscale restaurants, hotels, customer service, or another high-touch service environment is preferred.

• A polished, approachable, and professional presence.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer and technology skills.

• Microsoft Office experience required; SAP experience is a plus.

• Additional language skills are a plus.

• A collaborative, positive, and "can-do" attitude.

• Genuine interest in luxury, fashion, jewelry, watches, hospitality, or exceptional client service.

• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
