Beemok Hospitality Collection is seeking a part-time Retail Attendant for Lea Boutique in Charleston. You will greet guests, provide personalized shopping assistance, and support VIP clients in a Forbes 5-Star environment.

The role emphasizes presentation, discreet service, and collaboration with concierge and spa teams to fulfill guest requests. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in luxury retail or hospitality, strong communication skills, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, guest service, or hospitality experience in luxury or boutique environments.
• Experience in Forbes 5-Star or AAA Five Diamond hotels/resorts is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, using guest names when known.
• Provide personalized shopping assistance and product recommendations.
• Build rapport with guests, including VIPs, and maintain guest preference records.
• Process POS transactions accurately (cash, card, room charges, gifts).
• Handle returns with empathy and service recovery.
• Pack and wrap purchases to reflect luxury presentation standards.
• Deliver purchases to guest rooms or coordinate with Concierge or Bell staff as needed.
• Maintain an elegant boutique environment and seasonally updated displays.
• Restock merchandise and ensure items are properly tagged.
• Assist with inventory counts and communicate stock concerns.
• Learn boutique offerings and stay updated on new arrivals and brand stories.
• Collaborate with retail, spa, concierge, and front office to fulfill guest requests.
• Support opening/closing duties and special projects as directed.
