SMCP – Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot, Fursac in Las Vegas seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead the client experience on the selling floor and model exemplary service aligned with our One Customer Journey.

You will coach the team, drive KPI metrics, manage on-duty operations, and support visual merchandising while delivering competitive pay, benefits, and career growth in a luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with clienteling-based service models preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork and employee development.
• Proven track record of setting and achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the store role model by delivering memorable shopping experiences.
• Lead by example with personal sales and achieving store targets.
• Coach and develop team members on KPI metrics.
