• 2-3+ years of supervisory experience in luxury retail.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people development skills.
• Experience managing in a commission environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with vision to foster a high-performing, positive team culture and drive engagement.
• Recruit, mentor, retain, and develop top talent.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build meaningful client relationships reflecting the brand identity.
