Wolford is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Bal Harbour boutique. You will partner with the Store Manager, support daily operations, and lead by example on the sales floor, focusing on client relationships and delivering luxury service.

The role offers growth within a global fashion house, with emphasis on leadership, training, and achieving sales targets while maintaining brand standards and exceptional customer experiences in a premium shopping environment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive and pursue boutique sales targets.
• Lead and assist with clienteling, CRM initiatives, and client engagement programs.
• Ensure strong sales floor presence by motivating and guiding the team.
• Partner with management to plan and execute local marketing and outreach activities.
• Identify market opportunities and foster new business development.
• Communicate sales performance, KPIs, and company directives to the team.
• Support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of Sales Consultants in alignment with HR standards.
• Coach, mentor, and provide ongoing feedback to team members, including annual performance reviews.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and standards, addressing disciplinary issues when necessary.
• Uphold company dress code and ensure a consistent, professional brand image.
