Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of retail experience in luxury settings.
• At least 1 year of management experience preferred.
• Strong fashion sense and knowledge of luxury industry.
• Demonstrates initiative and commercial creativity.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Improve every sale, minimize stock losses, and attract new clients.
• Open and close the boutique.
• Coach, supervise staff, schedule, merchandize, and conduct inventory.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed for best results.
• Develop and train associates; build relationships and leverage skills.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Lead sales staff toward sales and clienteling goals.
• Manage boutique operations including attendance, merchandising, and housekeeping.
• Maintain effective merchandising standards.
• Maintain fair, consistent workforce standards.
• Adapt priorities and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate clearly, listen actively, and provide instructions.
• Operate POS, PC, phones, cash register, sensors, and other equipment.
