Job summary

Givenchy is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager to partner with the Boutique Director, driving sales targets and an exceptional client experience. You will lead a team, hire and train staff, and develop a culture of service excellence across in-store and events, while representing the Givenchy brand in the community.

You will manage client relationships on the sales floor, optimize hospitality and store amenities, and provide ongoing feedback to ensure top-tier customer service and sales

Qualifications

• 5-10 years retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
• 2-3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication in verbal, written, and listening.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Zoom tools/video-telephony technology.
• Multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop sales and/or operations to meet sales targets.
• Drive client development to deepen loyalty and spend with clients.
• Direct the sales team to cultivate new and existing clients.
• Mentor and coach team to deliver best-in-class service and selling environment.
• Act as Alternatively if needed as a client experience manager across store and events.
• Coach staff on selling ceremony and customer experience standards.
