Job summary

Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa is seeking a Bell Person & Valet to warmly assist guests from arrival to departure, maintain safe and orderly areas, and ensure follow-up on any concerns. You will collaborate with Front Office, Guest Services, and Bell teams, supporting events and special guests with a professional, luxury-service mindset.

The role requires mobility, ability to lift 30 pounds, and a valid CA driver’s license; the property emphasizes guest satisfaction and luxury hospitality

Qualifications

Excellent guest service and professional conduct.
Strong communication skills for interactions with guests and staff.
Ability to work under pressure in guest-facing areas.
Organize and prioritize to maintain smooth team flow.

Responsibilities

Assist guests during arrival and departure.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in work areas.
Handle complaints with care and follow-up action.
Be an ambassador for Fairmont Sonoma Mission Inn & Spa with VIPs and groups.
Coordinate with Front Desk, Guest Services, and Bell staff.
Assist with projects and ensure timely completion.
Assist with golf club movements and service standards.
Support with weather-related outdoor duties and equipment.
