Job summary

Four Seasons Chicago is seeking a Bell Attendant to welcome guests upon entry and extend warm appreciation on departure. This role is part of the Guest Services Team, ensuring guests are cared for from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, escorting to rooms, assisting with luggage, and performing shoeshine and errands as needed. A luxury-service mindset and physical capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous guest services experience, preferably in luxury settings.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and push a cart up to 200 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in warm temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism; resolve inquiries and special requests.
• Greet guests and escort to rooms.
• Deliver and collect luggage at check-in/out, manage storage and Front Drive.
• Maintain records of deliveries and pickups.
• Greet guests in lobby and offer assistance.
• Provide shoeshine service and handle shoe cleaning.
