Job summary

The InterContinental Indianapolis, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking two Bellpersons to warmly greet guests and guide them through the room, amenities, and outlets of the hotel. You will assist with luggage and keep the luggage storage area, lobby desk, and front entrance orderly.

Qualifications

• Some high school education minimum.
• Less than 6 months of job-related experience.
• Experience in a high-level service hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warm and friendly greetings and engagement.
• Assist guests with luggage and familiarize them with their room, amenities, and outlets of the hotel.
• Maintains an orderly and clean luggage storage room, lobby concierge desk and front entrance.
