Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Bellperson to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and escort guests to their rooms while upholding Hilton’s standards of hospitality. You will transport guests to designated areas using hotel vehicles and keep carts and work areas tidy and safe.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage, and familiarize guests with their rooms and amenities
• Handle luggage with care: Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
• Assist with guest transport: Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations
• Maintain equipment standards: Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order
