Omni Amelia Island Resort & Spa is seeking a professional Bellperson to deliver exceptional guest service by building relationships, anticipating needs, and creating memorable experiences along the property.

You will maintain bell carts, assist guests with reservations and transportation, load luggage, guide guests to destinations, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure flawless service.

Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Deliver personalized guest service and develop relationships with guests.
• Maintain bell carts, assist with luggage, and escort guests as needed.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in making restaurant and transportation reservations for guests.
• Direct guests to appropriate areas and relay VIP arrivals to relevant staff.
• Train new bell staff on hotel procedures and protocols.
• Maintain daily bell log and ensure equipment is properly stored.
