Job summary

The Seagate in Delray Beach is seeking a courteous Bell Attendant to welcome guests and assist with luggage, messages, and other guest needs, ensuring a seamless arrival to departure experience. You will arrive in a clean uniform, greet guests warmly, direct them to rooms and areas, and coordinate with the front desk and concierge.

The role requires strong hospitality instincts and clear communication during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and pleasantly in the primary language.
• Ability to handle multiple requests with poise, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the lobby with warmth and care, assisting as needed.
• Assist with luggage delivery, storage, and related guest requests.
• Direct guests to rooms and local areas, and relay information to guests.
• Maintain lobby and luggage storage areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Coordinate with front desk/concierge to fulfill guest requests promptly.
