Job summary

Aqua Aston Hospitality is seeking a Bellstand Attendant to warmly greet guests, escort them to rooms and assist with luggage and vehicle loading. You will inform guests about property amenities, hours and local activities while upholding company standards and safety procedures.

The role requires flexibility across shifts, including overnight, and a service‑oriented approach in a Forbes Five‑Star and AAA Five‑Diamond luxury resort environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.
• Available for all shifts, including 3rd shift (Overnight).

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving the property.
• Inform guests of amenities, services and hours of operation.
• Transport luggage to and from rooms and bell areas.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles and with loading/unloading luggage.
• Maintain guest service standards and safety procedures.
