Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and welcome them to the hotel.
• Unload luggage and assist bell stand with transport.
• Escort guests to Front Desk and arrange transportation as needed.
• Log trips from the bell stand.
• Maintain clean, welcoming public areas with Housekeeping.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure guest safety.
