Job summary
Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver a warm, personalized welcome and assist guests with luggage and directions across the resort’s oceanfront property.
You will respond to guest requests with a proactive, thoughtful approach and collaborate with Guest Services, Front Office, Valet and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless, elevated experience for all guests. Prior luxury hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to rooms with a personalized introduction.
- Assist with luggage delivery and retrieval, ensuring accuracy and care.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with professionalism and care.
- Engage with guests across the property and support with deliveries and special requests.
- Collaborate with Guest Services, Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to ensure a seamless experience.
- Assist during high-volume periods to support operations.

As a Bell Attendant, you play an integral role in shaping each guest’s first and last impression of the resort. With a warm and welcoming presence, you create a seamless arrival and departure experience while delivering thoughtful, personalized service at every interaction. - Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms while providing a gracious and personalized introduction to the resort
- Assist with luggage delivery and retrieval, ensuring accuracy, care, and efficiency
- Anticipate guest needs by responding to requests, answering questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism and genuine care
- Engage with guests throughout the property, offering assistance and creating memorable moments
- Support guest and resort needs through deliveries and special requests, both on and off property
- Maintain organized luggage storage areas and accurate records of all deliveries
- Collaborate with Guest Services, Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to create a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Step in to support operational needs across the team during high-volume periods
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences
- A warm, friendly, and professional presence with strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to connect with guests in a thoughtful and authentic way
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to service
- The ability to remain calm, organized, and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative, team-first mindset
- Previous luxury hospitality experience preferred
- Valid Hawai‘i Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Hourly Rate: $16.00
