Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Laundry/Valet Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and guest service. You will process guest wardrobe items and employee uniforms, operating laundry and valet equipment while maintaining clean, organized work areas.

Responsibilities include sorting, washing, drying, pressing, and reporting any problems; assisting in valet/dry cleaning and housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• Must possess legal work authorization in United States.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Tag and process guest clothing on the correct equipment using the right chemicals and temperatures.
• Sort and process employee uniforms and transport cleaned items to Housekeeping.
• Operate and maintain laundry, dry cleaning, pressing, and ironing equipment; report issues to a manager.
• Retrieve and stack folded linens and maintain clean towel/rug/robe inventories.
• Operate and maintain valet equipment and support housekeeping as needed.
