Job summary

Tempur Sealy is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Short Hills, NJ to provide exceptional customer service and drive store performance. The role includes assisting in daily operations, merchandising, and leading by example in all sales activities.

The position requires 1–3 years of retail experience with high-end or luxury products, strong sales skills, and the ability to train others. Salary ranges are disclosed, and benefits are generous.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail experience with luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Ability to lead, direct, and train others in-store.
• Fluency with current retail software / POS systems.
• Must stand for long periods and lift items as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining overall store performance.
• Lead in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and brand standards.
• Continue to perform all Retail Sales Associate duties at a high level.
• Assist Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving store-related problems.
• Assist with merchandising and implementing company programs.
• Resolve team issues and escalate to Store Manager when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
