Job summary

Kiehl’s store in New York City is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will partner with the District Manager to meet store and individual goals while maintaining brand presentation and organized operations.

Responsibilities include delivering a best-in-class customer experience, training team members, managing schedules, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred.
• Analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be willing to work 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Leader in productivity.
• Regular attendance and timeliness for all scheduled shifts.

What You Will Do:

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Kiehl’s family as a store manager. This position is responsible for assisting the district Manager in achieving store sales goals in conjunction with reaching individual sales goals established by management team. Provide superior customer service standards and develop customer relationships that will result in repeat business. Execute short and long term plans to achieve goals in support of the store’s business strategy. Responsible for product and brand image presentation while maintaining a neat and organized store.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

• Retail and/or cosmetic experience preferred
• Analytical skills
• Basic computer skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual: Spanish or Mandarin

Physical Environment:

Must be able to work on the sales floor for extended periods, walk up and down a flight of stairs and/or ladder as necessary, and lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
