A luxury beauty brand in Orlando, Florida is seeking a Sales and Training Executive to enhance retail performance in Ulta and Sephora locations. This role entails creating strategies, leading in-store events, and coaching sales teams. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least three years of experience in cosmetics or retail management. The position requires strong communication skills and a passion for beauty. Travel will be necessary and one day of remote work per week is allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 3 years’ experience in cosmetic or retail management.
• Proven experience in managing, motivating, and training teams.
• Proven experience in the fragrance industry.
