Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer-focused team in retail or hospitality.
• Merchant mindset with customer focus and commercial drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confident with product demonstrations.
• Passion for selling premium products and knowledge of skincare/fragrance is a plus.
• Able to work 3 full days/week with at least one weekend day.
• Physical environment: able to stand on sales floor, stairs/ladder, lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal performance by contributing to store KPIs and following a SMART monthly plan with the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience with storytelling, personalized journeys, product demos, and regimen build.
• Commit to learning and development through retail induction and training, and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Execute retail essentials, including grooming standards, stock, inventory, and store presentation.
