Parfums Christian Dior is seeking an Education Manager to bring Dior’s House of Dreams to life across the Southwest/Los Angeles market. You will lead education programs for fragrance, makeup, and skincare, elevating client experiences and supporting business performance.

You will empower retail teams with Dior storytelling, product knowledge, and service excellence, traveling up to 50% to coach and train across Dior Boutiques, department stores, and specialty retailers.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of training experience in luxury retail fragrance and beauty.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to develop talent and coach teams to increase performance.
• Highly organized with planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of Dior retail education across fragrance, makeup, and skincare for the Southwest/Los Angeles territory.
• Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and in-store training focused on savoir-faire, hospitality, service, and selling.
• Bring Dior’s heritage, creativity, and product innovation to life for teams and partners.
• Maintain expertise across the Dior fragrance and beauty portfolio and serve as a resource for partners and field teams.
• Drive education to support launches and key retail initiatives.
• Onboard and develop beauty consultants and retail partners for consistent Dior standards.
