Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a beauty-focused team member to engage customers with personalized makeup and skincare recommendations in the Nordstrom Beauty Department.

You’ll build customer loyalty and drive sales through both in-store interactions and digital channels. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty trends and has strong communication skills, with the ability to manage appointments, events, and a fast-paced shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses with product recommendations.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment.
• Set and achieve sales goals using in-store tools and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready.
• Stay updated on trends through trainings from Nordstrom and brand partners.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build loyalty through Nordstrom Rewards.
