Nordstrom, Inc. is seeking a beauty advisor to create personalized experiences for customers in-store and online. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product recommendations while building a loyal following and driving sales through both in-store and digital channels.

You will collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming environment, stay current on beauty trends, and manage appointments, events, and Nordstrom Rewards sign-ups as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
