Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital selling with selling tools and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department readiness through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and brand knowledge through trainings.
