• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital selling using available tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready through cleanliness and product displays.
• Stay current on beauty trends and products through trainings and brand partner updates.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts for loyalty.
