You will engage shoppers, collaborate with teammates, and drive sales through in-store and digital channels. You will book appointments, participate in beauty events, stay updated on trends, and help maintain a welcoming environment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming, inclusive environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals across in-store and digital channels using selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep department organized and customer-ready through maintaining cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty via Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
