You will leverage clienteling tools to tailor experiences and promote in-house events and facial consultations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in retail, strong makeup consultation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Proven sales record with quota attainment.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and use clienteling software.
• Attention to detail, initiative and positive attitude.
• Ability to work with others and independently to drive sales.
• Professional makeup consultation and application skills.

Responsabilités

• Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and vendor line sales goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships as the brand expert.
• Record and maintain client information in the clienteling system to drive business.
