• Model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
• Achieve and exceed sales goals for the department and vendors.
• Maintain high level of customer service and build customer relationships.
• Record and maintain client information using clienteling tools to grow business.
• Close sales from approach to application and follow-up.
• Keep counter clean, organized and welcoming.
