Saks Fifth Avenue in Boca Raton is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive makeup sales, and build relationships with clients using Saks clienteling tools. You will partner with the Cosmetics Selling Manager and maintain an inviting counter while promoting a luxury brand experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail cosmetics experience, a proven sales record, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting, with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Previous sales experience with quota achievement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Learn and utilize Saks clienteling tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and model Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
• Achieve individual and vendor line sales goals and event goals.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and develop client relationships.
• Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and the Account Executive.
• Record and maintain client information using clienteling tools to drive business.
• Provide a superior customer experience from approach to closing the sale.
• Keep counter clean, tidy, and welcoming.
