Job summary

Neiman Marcus in Denver is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, build relationships, and grow cosmetic sales under the Cosmetics Selling Manager.

You will train in-house, host facial appointment events, and maintain a polished, merchandised counter while closing sales. Utilize our clienteling system to grow your own business and exceed daily goals within a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Proven sales record with quota achievement.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
• Able to learn and use Neiman Marcus clienteling tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and positive.
• Ability to work independently to grow business.
• Demonstrate professional makeup consultation and application skills.

Responsibilities

• Model Neiman Marcus Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank)
• Meet and exceed individual and vendor sales goals
• Maintain a consistent high level of customer service by building strong client relationships
• Maintain a positive image as a liaison between Neiman Marcus and your Account Executive
• Use clienteling tools to record client information and preferences to drive your business
• Focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale
• Keep counter standards clean, tidy, and welcoming
