Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software proprietary to Saks Fifth Avenue.
• Focused on attention to detail, taking initiative, and working in a positive working environment.
• Ability to work well with others, as well as the ability to work independently to drive a successful business.
• Demonstrate professional makeup and treatment consultation and application.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships.
• Drive individual and vendor line sales volumes and meet sales goals.
• Maintain counter standards and ensure a clean, welcoming selling area.
• Utilize Saks Fifth Avenue's clienteling system to record and maintain client information and preferences.
• Close retail sales and follow up with the customer to secure repeat business.
• Collaborate with Account Executive and sales team to maximize store performance.
