Saks Fifth Avenue in Miami is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service, build client relationships, and drive cosmetics sales. You will work under the Cosmetics Selling Manager to maintain a merchandised counter and participate in in-house training and events.

The role emphasizes clienteling, closing sales, and delivering a premium shopping experience to luxury customers in a fast-paced team setting. Prior cosmetics retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven sales experience, exceeding quota.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software.
• Detail-oriented with initiative and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work well with others and independently to drive business.
• Demonstrate professional makeup consultation and application.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and build rapport while pursuing sales goals.
• Drive in-house and vendor line sales through clienteling and events.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and brand representation.
• Serve as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and Account Executive.
• Record and manage client information and preferences using clienteling tools.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale.
• Maintain counter standards, keeping area clean, tidy and welcoming.
