Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Miami seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service, drive cosmetics sales, and build lasting client relationships. You will work with the Cosmetics Selling Manager to maintain properly merchandised counters, participate in in-house training, and host facial consultation events, while leveraging Saks clienteling tools to grow your own business.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Demonstrated sales history, quota attainment.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Learn and use Saks clienteling tools and proprietary software.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, positive attitude.
• Ability to work with others and independently to drive business.
• Professional makeup and treatment consultation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and represent Saks Fifth Avenue principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend, Thank).
• Aim for and exceed individual and vendor sales goals and event targets.
• Maintain high level of customer service and build client relationships as the brand expert.
• Act as liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and Account Executive.
• Record and leverage client data using online clienteling resource to grow business.
• Provide exceptional customer experience from approach to sale closure and follow-up.
• Keep counter clean, organized, and welcoming.
