Job summary

Saks Fifth Avenue in Miami is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional service, build client relationships, and drive cosmetics sales. You will work under the Cosmetics Selling Manager, maintain counter presentation, and participate in in-house training and events while representing the brand with a polished, professional image.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in a customer focused, cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated sales results and ability to meet/quota.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting with minimal supervision.
• Ability to learn and use Saks Fifth Avenue clienteling tools and software.
• Attention to detail, initiative, and positive work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Model all Saks Fifth Avenue Principles (Greet, Relate, Exceed, Attend and Thank).
• Aim to exceed individual and department sales goals.
• Maintain high level of customer service and strengthen customer relationships as brand expert.
• Be a liaison between Saks Fifth Avenue and Account Executive.
• Record client information and preferences using clienteling tools to grow your business.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming counter space and seamless sales process.
