You will use Neiman Marcus clienteling tools to grow your business, exceed sales goals, and collaborate with team members to create a premier luxury shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Past success meeting or exceeding quota.
• Able to multitask in a fast‑paced, team oriented environment.
• Able to learn and use Neiman Marcus online clienteling tools and software.
• Attention to detail and initiative.
• Ability to work with others and independently to drive business.
• Makeup consultation and application skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and model Neiman Marcus Principles.
• Aim for individual and vendor sales goals and event targets.
• Deliver outstanding service and build lasting customer relationships as the brand representative.
• Coordinate with the Account Executive and liaison teams.
• Record client preferences using clienteling tools to drive sales growth.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience from approach to closing the sale and follow-up.
• Keep counter clean, tidy, and welcoming.
