Job summary

Neiman Marcus seeks a Beauty Advisor in New Mexico to deliver exceptional service at the cosmetics counter. You will drive personal and vendor line sales, build lasting client relationships, and support in-house training and events while maintaining an attractive, fully merchandised counter.

You will operate with a clienteling mindset, recording client preferences and following through from greeting to closing the sale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to learn and use clienteling tools and software.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed individual and event sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming counter and display.
