Job summary

Responsibilities include quickly taking and inputting orders in Micros, ensuring accurate billing, and upholding food safety standards, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• One year experience in the foodservice/hospitality industry as a Bartender preferred.
• Must have knowledge of spirits, beer and wine and be able to work in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; ability to obtain state/local certifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in beverage preparation and bar/restaurant service.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and ensure high-quality, caring service.
• Know menu drinks and standard offerings to guide guest selections.
• Contribute to F&B sales by knowledge of drinks, cocktails, spirits and prices.
• Input orders into Micros accurately and ensure timely billing.
• Prepare guest checks and process payments or signatures.
• Operate and clean bar equipment; maintain stocked bar at all times.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and safety guidelines.
