Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous 2 years of culinary experience is highly preferred; an equivalent combination of education and background will be considered.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Dependable and detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to quality and consistency.
• Passionate about culinary excellence and luxury hospitality.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office tools for documentation and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute a wide variety of menu items for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special functions.
• Take ownership of an assigned kitchen station (sauté, grill, garde manger, or pastry).
• Evaluate raw and prepared foods for quality, flavor, texture, and presentation.
• Maintain proper food handling, storage, and temperature controls; follow safety regulations.
• Follow portion-control standards and waste-reduction practices.
• Operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment; report malfunctions.
